Cerebellum

The cerebellum is at the rear end of the brainstem. The cerebellum processes sensory information and coordinates voluntary movement. The cerebellum is so important to your movement that if it is damages, you would have trouble controlling your own movements. Simple tasks such as walking, keeping your balance, and shaking hands can appear to be jerky and uncoordinated (Myers 72).
